Every exceptional piece begins with a clear understanding of your vision, and we’re here to make the process effortless and personal. By filling out the custom order form below, you’ll help us gather the essential details: your preferred metals, gemstones, style, budget, and the special touches that reflect your story. Your answers allow us to shape your ideas into a one-of-a-kind design that feels uniquely yours.

How long does it take to make a custom order?
Generally speaking custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete. If you have an urgent occasion we can work on a shorter time with a rush fee.
What kinds of jewelry can be custom made?
If you can dream it, we can build it! We'll work with you to build what you dreaming of.
Do you work with lab and natural stones?
Yes, we can create pieces made with lab grown or natural - whatever you prefer! We do not work with synthetic stones.
Are custom purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for anything custom made and require a deposit to made and order the raw materials.
How will I get my order?
Once your jewelry is complete we can arrange a pickup at our studio or we can send secure, signature required overnight shipping.
What to Expect
Every custom piece is created through a thoughtful, collaborative process designed to feel personal, transparent, and effortless from beginning to end.
1. Complete the Form
To begin, please fill out the custom questionnaire above. Once submitted, you will be contacted within two days to discuss next steps and determine whether your project is a good fit, and discuss your vision, timeline, design preferences, and any important details about the process.
2. Deposit & Project Confirmation
If we decide to move forward, you will receive a link for either a non-refundable $450 deposit or the full project amount, depending on the scope of the piece. The deposit covers initial design development and/or gemstone sourcing, and will be applied toward the final cost of your custom piece.
3. Final Approval & Payment
Once your final design is approved, you will receive a link for the remaining balance, less the initial deposit.
4. Creation & Completion
Your piece will then move into production. Custom orders typically require a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks from final design approval to completion, though timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
